Today was probably the hardest workout day I've had so far. Abs, abs, and more abs. I always thought I was in alright shape as far as abs go...I was wrong:
20 GHD Situps
10 Low Back Extensions
15 Ab Wheel
10 Knees to Elbows
BONUS: 3 Farmers Walk around building
